Explore Peru in 5 days: Effortlessly and Comfortably
Peru is one of the most top travel destinations in the Americas, attracting nearly 2.5 million visitors each year. Thanks to our best-selling itinerary, carefully designed to optimize the experience, and the expertise of our local guides, your clients will be able to enjoy the best this fascinating country has to offer in an authentic, comfortable and tailored experience.

Day 1 Lima
Lima, the capital of Peru, founded in 1535 after the Spanish conquest, is one of the oldest cities in Latin America. With our private tour, your clients will have the opportunity to explore the city’s streets, particularly its Historic Center, surrounded by landmarks such as the Cathedral of Lima, the Government Palace, and the Archbishop’s Palace.
Depending on their interests, they can choose the kind of experience they wish to have. Some may prefer to dive into the city’s history, visiting the tomb of Pizarro and the catacombs beneath its churches. Others might opt to explore Lima’s vibrant modern culture, discovering its culinary scene and lively markets, where the city’s fusion of tradition and contemporary energy comes to life in every dish and storefront.
Day 2 Lima to Cusco
On the second day in Peru, it will be time to dive into the true Inca history! To do this, they will need to travel from Lima to Cusco.
To get there, a flight from Jorge Chávez International Airport, located 6.8 miles from downtown Lima, is required. The flight lasts only about an hour and a half. Once in Cusco, your clients can join one of the afternoon city tours.
They will visit the Qorikancha Temple, built during the reign of Inca Huiracocha in the 13th century to worship their gods, the impressive fortress of Sacsayhuamán, and the Archaeological Site of Tambomachay.

Day 3 Lima to Urubamba
An hour and a half from Cusco lies the Sacred Valley of the Incas. This place derives its name from Andean cosmology, where it is believed that our planet mirrors the universe. The ancient Incas viewed the valley’s river as resembling the Milky Way, considering it a sacred path.
With the help of our contacts in local communities, your clients will not only enjoy its breathtaking landscapes, which seamlessly blend with pre-Hispanic architecture, but also find the valley to be an ideal spot for adventure sports. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Peruvian culture, particularly through its vibrant ceramics.
Day 4 Urubamba to Machu Picchu
The best way to reach Machu Picchu, the great Inca city, is by train, which takes about two and a half hours.
At Peru’s top tourist attraction, visitors will explore the ruins of the citadel, discovering ancient plazas, terraces, and temples where the Incas once walked. Tourists will dive even deeper into the history of the site with our private tour, led by expert local guides.
At the end of the adventure, the train will return them to Cusco.

Day 5 Cusco Lima
On the last day of our tour through Peru, they will return to Lima from Cusco. If their flight schedule allows, it’s a great opportunity to explore the capital’s vibrant gastronomy.
We recommend the restaurant Central, located at Calle Santa Isabel 376, Miraflores. This establishment was named the second-best restaurant in the world by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. Securing a reservation can be challenging, especially between December and April, so it’s advised to book at least six months in advance.
